Elisha is a servant-minded individual who genuinely loves getting to interact with her patients and help them feel better.

She studied Public Health Education and Healthcare Administration and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Kentucky University. She attended Union University to become a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She capped off a stellar education at Vanderbilt, earning her Doctorate of Nursing Practice and completed her Doctoral project on her passion and specialty area of healthcare, hormone replacement therapy.

She has been with Better You off and on for 12 years and has owned Better You for 3 years.

When she’s not working, Elisha loves adventure, exercising, spending time with her family and friends, and traveling.

Emily enjoyed Better You in spring 2022. She is enjoying the opportunity to meet our patients, and is providing outstanding care to them. She is a native of Hendersonville, TN, and she has served her hometown as a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2017. She received her BSN from Union University in 2014 and returned home to work at Centennial Medical Center as an RN while receiving her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Union University simultaneously. Emily has worked in a variety of areas in medicine including family practice, urgent care, and acute hospital care, but she has always had a passion to provide comprehensive medical and wellness care in the MedSpa setting.  For fun, Emily enjoys traveling, especially to Maine, hanging out with friends and family, loving on her animals, and being involved in her church.

Erica joined Better You in the Summer of 2023. She has a background in Women's Health and has always had a desire to work in the spa setting. Erica is from Chattanooga and has lived in the Hendersonville area for 4 years and was a Greenbrier graduate. Erica loves to shop, enjoys her puppies, interior design and going to the beach.  

A native of Athens, Alabama, Julie Hall is a Registered Nurse who graduated nursing school from the University of Toledo.  While living up north, Julie worked full time in the cardiac unit and part time in dermatology.   Julie relocated to Lexington, KY where she worked in the Neuro ICU.  During the summer of 2012, Julie and her husband decided to relocate their family to the Nashville area where Julie made the decision to step away from nursing for a short period to raise their three beautiful children.  For fun, Julie enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and volunteering at her church and children's school.  We would like to welcome Julie to Better You. We are so excited she is here!

Saying Dawn is passionate about her a job is quite an understatement. Dawn loves her work so much that she likes coming into the office as much as she enjoys going home.

With 15 years of customer service experience, it should be no surprise Dawn enjoys meeting and helping people on a daily basis. She likes being part of a team that creates a comfortable environment for patients, allowing them to regain confidence by looking good and feeling good.

Dawn loves spending time with her family and friends. Dawn also loves to cook, and you don’t have to ask her twice to go shoe shopping.

Ben is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of experience in healthcare. Graduated with his BSN with honors from Chamberlain University and then graduated with his Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Chamberlain University. He has worked in various settings including hospitals, clinics, and private practices. Benjamin is passionate about providing high-quality care to his patients and has a special interest in preventive medicine, hormone replacement therapy, aesthetics, weight management, pain management. Benjamin has received training in aesthetics, joint injections, regenerative medicine, and weight loss.  In addition to being a skilled professional, he is also a dedicated family person who enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
