Massages are an effective treatment for reducing stress, pain and muscle tension and can be helpful for anxiety, digestive disorders, headaches, insomnia related to stress, sport injuries and joint pain.
Types of Massages we offer include:
- Swedish Massage: Enjoy a gentle form of massage that uses long strokes, kneading, deep circular movements, vibration and tapping to help relax, while also gaining more energy.
- Deep Tissue: If you want to help injuries from muscle damage and have a rejuvenating experience, this massage technique uses slower, more-forceful strokes to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissues.
- Sports Massage: Similar to the Swedish Massage, with kneading, deep circular movements, vibration and tapping, the Sports Massage is geared toward people involved in sport activities to help prevent or treat injuries.
- Pre-Natal Massage: Soon-to-be mothers are more susceptible to experiencing stress and discomforts such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches, swelling and/or anxiety from all the hormonal changes. A Pre-Natal Massage is a healthy way to reduce stress and these pains by encouraging blood and lymph circulation throughout your body.
